Life is short–LIVE IT
Love is rare–GRAB IT
Anger is bad–DUMP IT
Fear is awful–FACE IT
Memories are sweet–CHERISH THEM

What one thing do you cherish? We qualify our life by truth. We make peace with our past by owning a piece of it. It’s not about making promises to God but standing on what God has promised in His Word. “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13)  “…Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve… But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15)

Direction, not intention, determines our destination. And God gives us direction.

  • God is always with us. (Hebrews 13:5)
  • God is always in control. (Proverbs 19:21, Isaiah 14:24)
  • God is always good. (Psalm 107:1, Psalm 136:1)
  • God is always victorious. (1 Corinthians 15:57)

Let’s learn to be thankful for God’s promises and who He is in truth.
