We don’t have to live in monotony. Sometimes we accept where we are and what we have as the best we can do. We need God’s presence not his explanation. “Surrender yourself to the Lord, and wait patiently for him. Do not be preoccupied with an evildoer who succeeds in his way when he carries out his schemes.” (Psalm 37:7, God’s Word) We need to silence the voices. When life is heavy and hard to take, go off by yourself. Enter the silence. Bow in prayer. Don’t ask questions: Wait for hope to appear. (Lamentations 3:28-29, The Message) Our meantime doesn’t have to be our lifetime. Discover more in this teaching by Pastor Joel Pagett.
